怎么樣防止濟南花生油變質?

  家庭食用花生油若保管不當,很容易引起變質,變質的花生油食用后對人的腸胃有強烈的刺激作用,甚至會引起中毒。為了防止濟南花生油變質,可采取以下一些措施:

  1、要合理地選擇花生油的儲存容器。油多時可選用陶瓷缸,盡量減小容器的口徑;油少時可選用不透光的深色的玻璃瓶。油裝滿后,應密封瓶口,使油和空氣隔,防止食用油氧化變質。人們往往習慣用金屬或塑料瓶盛裝食用油,實際上是很不科學的,因為金屬分子和塑料中的增塑劑,能加速食油的酸敗變質。

  3.、儲存花生油要防止高溫。儲存溫度以10℃---15℃為好,一般不應超過25℃,因此,夏季不宜儲存,應盡量購買新鮮花生油,建議購買農家小院自榨花生油,經常食用新鮮油。另外要注意,食油內不能混入水分,否則容易使油脂乳化,混濁變質。也可按40:1的比例往油中加入熱油,可起到吸收水的作用。
